Shipping

Your order will be shipped in 3-4 workdays. You can check the delivery time for your country at PostNL

The price for shipping to your address will be calculated in the last step before check out.

You are responsible for any additional custom clearance fees as import tax and customs duty when ordering from outside the EU. This will be calculated when receiving your package. 

I'm not responsible for the delay PostNL may have in busy times ( for example 20 november - and the week before mothersday ) Does it take longer then 5 workdays in NL, please contact me. 

When your order leaves the studio, you receive a Track & Trace code by email.

Returns

In case you like to return your purchase, send an email to info@vanrosa.nl with your name and order number. You don't have to wait for my reply, just return it. 

You have the right to return your item within 14 days after receiving it. The item must not be used or show any traces of it. Return the item complete and safe.  You'll have the amount you payed back within 14 days after I received it.

Exchange:

If you like to exchange your items because you changed your mind, send an email to info@vanrosa.nl with your name and ordernr.

You have the right to return the item within 14 days after receiving it. The item must not be used or show any trace of it.

Exeptions:

Not happy with the item you received because it has flaws or differences from the product description in the shop? Send and email to info@vanrosa.nl with detailed photo's and a clear description. We'll find a suitable solution for the issue.
